Macroscopic FeaturesOval or invert oval shape, about 5mm long, about 4mm diameter. Externally grayish-brown, with irregular reticular lines, grayish-black reticular indented, forming small spots. One side has longitudinal groove-like hilum, apex has raised chalaza, lower portion has a linear hilum, base has off-white raised carbuncles or fallen scars. Thin and brittle seed coat, white or yellowish-white kernel, oily. faint odor, acrid taste.
