Macroscopic Features
Pollen is a yellow powder. Light in weight, floats in water. Bone-like creamy feeling when mashed, easily stick to the fingers, faint odor, tasteless. Pollen is sub-spherical or elliptical, 17~29μm, externally has reticular lines, smooth edge lines, wavy or gear-like, with a single indistinct hole.
